Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to purchases made through www.instituteapp.in or the Institute App application. ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited ("Company") is committed to customer satisfaction.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.

Subscription Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
• To request a refund, contact info@progalaxyelabs.com with your order details.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Partial refunds for unused periods may be considered case-by-case.

Purchases via App Stores

For purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds are additionally subject to that store's policies.

Non-Refundable

• Subscriptions active for more than 7 days.
• Services fully utilised during the period.
• Third-party products or services purchased through the app.
