By accessing or using the Institute App website and services at instituteapp.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited.
Institute App provides online learning courses, bootcamps, and educational content focused on web development. Services include pre-recorded lectures, assignments, examinations/certification, job placement assistance, and free bootcamps.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain password security, and notify us of unauthorised use at info@progalaxyelabs.com. You must be at least 18 to register independently.
You agree not to share/resell course materials without permission, violate law, transmit spam, impersonate others, disrupt the Service, or scrape data.
Course fees are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund window: requests within 7 days of enrolment, provided less than 20% of content has been accessed; processed within 10 working days. No refunds after 7 days or beyond 20% content access.
All content is the property of ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited or its suppliers, protected by Indian and international IP law. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial educational use.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific employment or career outcomes.
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, harm to others, or fraud. You may terminate any time via info@progalaxyelabs.com.
Governed by the laws of India; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution for 30 days before litigation.
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
